About me

Hey there! I’m Anja.
I’m a mom and a trauma-sensitive mindfulness coach and mentor. Since 2015, I’ve been helping women who want to feel more confident, connected, and joyful in their journey through motherhood.
I used to be my own worst critic—way too sensitive, insecure, and constantly trying to meet everyone else's expectations. But inside, I always felt there was something more waiting for me. My journey to finding inner peace and connection began with yoga and meditation, but everything changed when I moved to Beijing, China.In Beijing, I dove deep into mindfulness and self-compassion at the Beijing Mindfulness Center, where I was an assistant in the eight-week Mindful Self-Compassion program created by Kristin Neff and Chris Germer.That journey led me to a better understanding of how mindfulness and compassion fit into everyday life, and I completed my training as a mindfulness mentor with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. I also realized that understanding trauma and having a flexible nervous system is key when working with people, so I further trained in trauma-sensitive coaching and mindfulness with David Treleaven and nervous system regulation.I help moms discover their inner strength, balance, and self-love. My mission is to help you build the inner strength and confidence to live in alignment with your values and standards.In my unique coaching model, I focus on mindfulness, self-compassion, nervous system regulation, and positive neuroplasticity.
